Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer returns under the following conditions:

Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of the date of purchase.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and inserts.
  • Items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for a return.

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase
  • Gift cards

Return Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
